 We take every precaution to protect our customers’ information. When customers submit information through the site, your information is protected both online and offline. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order and may be used for internal analytical purposes.



 We deliver all orders by “Ukrposhta”, “Nova Poshta” or other delivery services. We will provide you with a tracking number or time of delivery of your order.

Estimated delivery time:

* 1-7 business days in Ukraine

* 7-14 business days to Europe

* 14-21 business days to the USA, Canada, Australia

  Please note that delivery delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.

  If your country of delivery charges customs or import duties, you will be charged upon delivery. You will have to pay these costs and other related expenses. This also applies to gift purchases or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import fees and we cannot provide you with this information prior to your order. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office or customs broker.

The product can be returned or exchanged within two weeks if it shows no signs of use or mechanical damage.

If you want to exchange your purchased product, please follow these instructions:

Fill out the RETURN FORM (The form was included in your order, if it was lost, you can download it here)

Fill in the ORDER form with the details of the product you want to receive in exchange for what you are returning (The form was included in your order, if it was lost, you can download it here).

Let us know about your intention to exchange the product by sending an email to (info@proprofurniture.com) with copies of both the RETURN and ORDER forms. This way, even before the originally purchased product returns to our store, we will have time to access your new order and respond if the requested product is available.

Before shipping, please pack the item and enclose the completed RETURN and ORDER forms.

 Please send us a copy of the delivery tracking number/receipt to info@proprofurniture.com. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs 

You can cancel your order (products from the store as well as customized orders) before payment. After payment for the goods, the return and exchange policy will apply.



(exchange for a new product) of individual orders

An item made to order is an item for which materials were ordered (different fabric, color); accessories; changes were made to the design of the item.

 Custom-made goods are subject to different return and exchange policies.

 A product made to an individual order is subject to return in the following cases:

– fabric mismatchdue to our error 

– the product does not match what was specified in the order form

– unsatisfactory quality

In case of returning the goods for other reasons, 50% of the cost is withheld.
